Tasks Tec is a software development company based in Amman, Jordan, providing services including — but not limited to — custom software development, mobile app creation, SaaS platform development, automation systems, API integrations, and IT consulting.
Agreement:
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate project details and cooperate during the development process to ensure smooth delivery.
Deliverables & Ownership:
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Tasks Tec until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership and access rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, code, visuals, and systems created by Tasks Tec remain the property of the company unless specified in a project agreement.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our work or systems without explicit written permission.
Trademarks & Branding:
The name Tasks Tec, logo, and all related branding elements are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms:
All projects require a deposit before commencement. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed milestones or upon project completion.
Refunds:
Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are not provided once a project or service has begun, except in cases of non-performance or cancellation by Tasks Tec.
Third-Party Fees:
Clients are responsible for any additional costs related to third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, plugins, or external APIs).
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use our code, systems, or software for illegal or unethical purposes.
Attempt to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary tools or software.
Share access credentials or internal tools without permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
5. Support and Maintenance
Tasks Tec provides ongoing technical support and maintenance options as defined in your service agreement.
Support is typically available Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Jordan Time, GMT+3).
6. Liability
Tasks Tec is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services, including downtime, data loss, or loss of profits.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Modified” date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
